IL FARO
SARANDA
The IL FARO project is being built in Sarandë, on the Albanian Riviera. Sarandë is located in an arched bay between the Gormarti and Berdeneshi mountains and the Albanian coast of the Ionian Sea in south-western Albania.
Total plot area: 2013.3 m² - Plot area occupied by the building (floor area): 1142.2 m² - Total construction area: 1326.4 m² - Total above-ground construction area: 11033.2 m² - Maximum height of the structure: 84.9 m - Number of above-ground storeys: 14 storeys - Number of underground storeys: 4 storeys.
